Hong Kong on the Horizon

With the presence of Claretian Fr. Jojo Ancheril in Hong Kong, our mission and our congregation is beginning to be more known there; Jojo is already capable of speaking a little Cantonese, helps in the parish, celebrates the Mass in Cantonese and was able to gather a small number of lay volunteers who will help us expand our ministry in Hong Kong.

Coming from Macau (28 square kilometers and a population of 520,000 people), Hong Kong looks like a huge place (1100 square kilometers and a population of close to 7 million people). Hong Kong is also a gateway to China and many priests and pastoral agents in Hong Kong find their way into the Mainland. We have created another web page for our possible partners and customers in Hong Kong:

where Jojo is residing.
